Established in 1993 by Italian brother and sister duo Liana and Luigi, IceDream has been serving its customers delicious ice cream and sorbets for almost two decades.

All ice cream served at IceDream is made on premises by Liana’s son Fabrizio. Made with only the freshest ingredients and without preservatives, flavourants, colourants or added fats.

Enjoy flavours like hazelnut, coffee, ginger, mango, lemon and strawberry as well as old classics like fantastic vanilla made with vanilla pods from Zanzibar.

THE WICKED WAFFLE

TRADITIONAL BELGIAN WAFFLES MADE WITH PASSION

Gino Adriaensen owned a restaurant in Knysna where he served his great waffles. After selling the restaurant, his passion for waffles remained and he then started The Wicket Waffle South Africa.

His parents imported an old fashioned gas waffle machine out of a Bakers museum in Belgium and after consulting with some of the Belgian elders and doing his own research he recreated the traditional Belgian waffle recipe originally used with this old machine.
